On behalf on my wife and myself, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for all the work you did in our attempt to purchase land.  Being from out of state we really relied on you and you didn't disappoint us!  Even though it was a small purchase, the personal attention and professionalism you displayed was greatly appreciated.  Each time we had any questions, you always did the necessary research and responded in a timely manner.  it is obvious that you take pride in what you do and in this day and age that is a rare quality.  I think you are a credit to your profession and an asset to the RE/MAX team.  I would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking for real estate in the Finger Lakes area, and would defiantly be in contact with you for any future Real Estate needs.

Just wanted you to know the best thin we ever did was buy the cabin.  We love it.  We ha done some work.  Lots to do.  We wanted you to see what we have done to the cabin.  She looks pretty good.  In the fall we will work on the inside.  It was the best thing we have ever bought.  P.S.
